Chunky oats and sweet plump raisins and a sprinkling of cinnamon combine in a scrumptious cookie. They really are gluten-free cookies like no other we have ever tried. A special blend of flours (none of that sand-like rice flour found in so much wheat-free baking) and generous proportions of delicious additions make for indulgent treats that anyone can enjoy (really!). In addition to being gluten-free, they are also Vegan, and Organic too of course.
