Forest honey is the most aromatic and unpredictable of all honey types. It is obtained from spring and summer forest flowers and plants:herbs,wild stawberries,blackberries,acacia and linden. It has an exceptional colour and after crystallisation it becomes golden which reminds of the sun closed in a jar . It is exceptionally aromatic and sweet .
