I live locally, can I collect from your warehouse?
Of course you can. Just register as a customer.
You’ll need to order one working day before you’d like to collect.
We’re open 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Orders must exceed £100 before VAT.
How do I open an account?
Easy, just fill out this form and we’ll get in touch with everything you need to know.
Email us back to complete your registration and we’ll set you up with a log-in for the website.
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes, it’s very likely we do.
Just click here to see if you’ll be covered by our own Infinity fleet or one of our trusted delivery partners.
Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?

Can I order an actual, physical catalogue?
Alternatively, let us know and we’ll pop a new one in the post every couple of months for you.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our stock levels on the website update overnight.
So if you’re able to put what you want in your basket, there’s a very good chance you’ll receive it.
However, there may be occasions when something becomes unexpectedly out of stock.
If you add the item code 999999 to your order, we’ll give you a call if anything you’ve asked for is unavailable.
You’ll then be able to choose an alternative product if we have one.
Do the prices include VAT?
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to permanently change the delivery address we have on record, please fill out this form.
If it’s a one-off change, please make a request in the “Special instructions” box when ordering.
We’ll let you know once it’s been updated.
However, please be aware that any change of address may affect the day and provider of the delivery you receive.
Your minimum order value may change too.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay with most credit/debit cards or by bank transfer.
We’ll require payment before we send an order. An invoice will be emailed to you the day before the scheduled delivery.
You can pay by debit/credit card on the website during the checkout process, or give us a ring to pay on the phone, or we’ll send an email payment link.
If you’re sending a bank transfer, please send us the payment confirmation email.

Can I find out the country of origin for a commodity?
This can change from time to time but is usually pretty consistent.
Contact us here if you want to know where our current stock of something was produced.
Do you offer discounts?
Discounts only apply to business customers, who receive a discount based on the value of their order (before tax).
For Fleet Delivery it’s:
£200= 1%
£300=2%
£400=3%
£500=4%
£800=5%
£1500=6%
£2000=7%.
If you’re coming in to collect, there is an additional 2%.
For Carrier Deliveries in Areas 1, 2 & 3 it’s:
£500=2%
£600=3%
£700=4%
£800=5%
£1500=6%
£2000=7%
